This is fine monofilament mesh tubing material. It has some stretch built into it but holds it shape well and the material does not fray easily when cut. It fits over hooks with ease and is not difficult to work with. The white colour of the material can be coloured with a permanent marker pen to achieve the desired colour or markings.
